HHS 7th Graders Journey to Eagle Bluff - a Video Story

On Friday May 12, the Junior and Senior class mentors and 7th grade students of Houston Public School spent the day at Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center in Lanesboro, MN.  There students completed a year long mentor-mentee journey created to give students confidence, teamwork practice and soft skills that will contribute to their success in  middle and high school.  The trip was facilitated by Houston’s art teacher Deb Sobeck, and supported through a grant from the Hurricane Foundation.  Students spent the day participating in teambuilding activities and guiding each other through a high ropes course.
