It has come time to do ImPACT testing again (permission form is attached).
ImPACT is a computerized neurocognitive test that is used to assess Sequencing/Attention, Word Memory, Visual Memory and Reaction Time. This computerized test establishes a baseline report to refer to, in the event an athlete has a concussion. The test takes about 45 minutes to complete. The test is not required to participate in sports, however, testing is provided every other year. If you have taken the test in the past it should be renewed every two years.
